Core Principle: We aim for a seamless, straightforward process. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items in new, unused, and resalable condition within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

1. RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused, original condition, with all tags, manuals, and original packaging intact. Equipment must show no signs of assembly, wear, or installation.
  • Proof of Purchase: Your order number or invoice is required for all returns/exchanges.
  • Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance, the following product categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • BOXING / MMA Equipment: This includes BOXING GLOVES, FOCUS PADS, and all BOXING BAGS (for hygiene and safety reasons).
  • Opened CABLE ATTACHMENTS: Once removed from packaging, these are considered used.
  • Custom or Specially Ordered COMMERCIAL STRENGTH and COMMERCIAL CARDIO equipment configured to specific facility requirements.
  • Software, Digital Content, or ENTERTAINMENT CARDIO components with activated licenses.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer handling.

2. STEP-BY-STEP RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our support team at [email protected]. Use the Return Request Template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if approved, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA number.
  3. Package the Item Securely: Repack the item in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts. Include a copy of your invoice/order confirmation inside the box.
  4. Ship the Package: Ship the item to the address provided in your RMA instructions using a trackable and insured carrier. We recommend retaining your shipping receipt. You are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, our quality team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days). We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.

3. REFUNDS & REIMBURSEMENTS

Timing:

  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, JCB).

Amount Refunded:

  • The refund will include the full item price and any applicable sales tax.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (both Standard and the calculated value of Free Shipping), unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping costs paid by the customer are not reimbursed for standard returns.

Exchanges:

For an exchange, once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the requested replacement product. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping charges for the new item.

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
